LOCATIONS | we ship worldwide, but at this time our website only supports domestic shipping within the US. If you need your order shipped outside of the US, please get in touch prior to purchase.

CUSTOMS FEES | your order may be subject to customs fees.  Every country has different rules. Please contact your local customs office to inquire prior to your purchase. Smiling Tree Gifts is not responsible for any customs or other import fees and does not reimburse customers who incur customs fees.

EU VAT FEES | all orders shipped to EU member countries will be subject to the local rate of VAT in your country. VAT ranges from 17% to 27% not including any applicable duties or fees. Smiling Tree Gifts is not responsible for any VAT or other import fees and does not reimburse customers who incur such fees.

DELIVERY TIME | orders may take 2-8 weeks to arrive. We cannot speed up the transit time/customs clearance process. We do not guarantee actual delivery dates nor ship free replacements due to delayed/lost packages.

We hope you absolutely love every single product we create for you. That's why we pay extra attention to all the details around every product that leaves our woodshop.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES | Given the custom, made-to-order natural of all of our products, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on products that are not defective and have been engraved according to the buyer's instructions.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS | If any products are found to be defective, we'll happily replace them free of charge. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details and photos about the nature of the defects. If we deem the products to be defective, we will replace them within 14 days of the date you contacted us. (Natural variations, markings, and grain patterns in wood are not considered defects. Engraving errors are also not considered defects.) 

ENGRAVING ERRORS | If we made an engraving error on your order that was our fault, we'll replace it free of charge. If products are engraved incorrectly due to buyer error, we will not replace products for free. We will bill you at full price for the correctly engraved replacement products. We provide digital proofs for all orders prior to production reduce the chances of products being engraved incorrectly.
